The CMD231C3 from Custom MMIC is a driver amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. This driver amplifier provides a gain of 14.5 dB, P1dB of 13.5 dBm and IP3 of 23.5 dBm. It requires a single supply voltage from 3-8 V and draws a low current of only 45 mA. This amplifier is available in a 3x3 mm leadless surface mount package that is matched to 50 ohms at the input and output ports.
