The CMD241P4 is wideband GaAs MMIC distributed low noise amplifier that operates from 2 to 22 GHz covering the L, S, C, X, Ku and K Bands. It provides greater than 13 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 2.3 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +21 dBm at 11 GHz. The amplifier is available in a leadless 4x4 mm surface mount package and is matched to 50 ohms at the ports which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. It has a MSL1 rating, Class 1A ESD Rating and can also be space qualified if required.
