The CMD319C3 from Custom MMIC is a low noise broadband MMIC Amplifier that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of 0.92 dB and has a P1dB of 16 dBm. It requires a 5.5V DC Supply with a current consumption up to 40 mA.
The RF ports are matched to 50 ohm which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The amplifier is housed in a leadless 3x3 mm surface mount (QFN) package and is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed.
