The QPA0010D from Qorvo is a GaAs MMIC Driver Amplifier that operates from 20 to 40 GHz. It delivers an output power of up to 28 dBm with a gain of 21 dB and has a noise figure of 7 dB. The amplifier can also be operated as an x2 frequency multiplier by reducing the gate voltages. It is matched to 50-ohms eliminating the need for RF port matching. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 150 mA of current. It is available as a die and is suitable for use in EW systems, communications systems, K/Ka band radar, test & measurement, and SATCOM applications. The amplifier offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
