QPA2225D Image

The QPA2225D from Qorvo is a GaN MMIC Amplifier that operates from 28 to 38 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of over 0.4 W with a small signal gain of more than 23 dB. The amplifier has DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50 ohms. It is fabricated on Qorvo’s QGaN15 process (0.15 µm GaN-on-SiC process). The QPA2225D is available as a die that measures 1.65 x 0.67 x 0.05 mm and is ideal for communication & radar applications, in both commercial and military markets for SATCOM and electronic warfare (EW) systems.
