The TGA2222 is an MMIC GaN power amplifier that operates from 32 to 38 GHz. This amplifier provides more than 10 watts of saturated power with a power gain of over 16 dB and PAE of 22%. It has DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50 ohms. The amplifier is available as a die that measures 3.43 x 2.65 x 0.05 mm and is ideal for both commercial and military applications like radar, satcom, EW and space communications.
