The TQP2453 is a small cell power amplifier module that operates from 1805 to 1885 MHz. It provides up to 2.5 W of RMS output power at the antenna. The module is internally matched to 50 Ohms and provides a gain of 33.6 dB. It is available in a 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm surface mount plastic package. The TQP2453 is ideal for small cell BTS, 3G/4G wireless infrastructure, linearized transmitters, hetrogeneous networks and many other applications.
