The RIM092K0-20 from RFHIC is a high power SSPA that operates from 900 to 930 MHz. This amplifier is based on GaN-on-SiC Transistors and provides an output power of up to 2000 watts with an efficiency of 63% while operating from a 50 V supply. This high-efficiency rugged device has been developed to replace industrial magnetrons and other vacuum tubes that are currently used in high power industrial applications, artificial diamond manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, and plasma systems. The amplifier is available in a module with connectors and is ideal for CW, ISM, microwave CVD reactors, plasma generators, MW heating, and drying applications.
