The RWP15040-1H from RFHIC is a Power Amplifier that operates from 500 to 2500 MHz. It delivers an output power of 50 W (~47 dBm) with more than 36 dB of gain and an ON/OFF switching time of less than 5 µs. This amplifier is manufactured using GaN-on-SiC technology and is attached on an Aluminum sub-carrier material. It consists of full in/out matching for broadband performance and uses a patented technology for improved thermal handling. This power amplifier requires a DC supply of 32 V and consumes 1.2 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 72.0 x 50.8 x 16.8 mm and has SMA (female) connectors.
