The SDM18003-30H from RFHIC is a fully integrated micro-strip GaN Hybrid power amplifier module that operates from 1805 to 1880 MHz. It is designed for 5G m-MIMO, TDD/FDD systems, mobile infrastructure, small cells and low power remote radio head applications. The amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 40 W with a gain of 44 dB and a drain efficiency of 12.5 %. This 2-stage power amplifier module is internally matched to 50 ohms and requires a DC supply voltage of 48 V to operate. It is available in a packaged ceramic surface mount package that measures 8 x 14 x 2.6 mm.
