The SDM36005-30H from RFHIC is a GaN Hybrid Power Amplifier that operates from 3400 to 3800 MHz. It has been designed for 5G Massive MIMO systems, small cells, and low-power remote radio heads. This SMD amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 70.8 W with a gain of 35 dB and an efficiency of 14%. It is manufactured using GaN-on-SiC technology and has two stages with fully-matched input and output ports for high performance. This RoHS-compliant power amplifier requires a DC supply of 48 V and consumes less than 41.2 W of power. It is available in a ceramic surface-mount package that measures 8.0 x 14.0 x 2.6 mm.
