The SDM39003-30H from RFHIC is a Hybrid Power Amplifier Module (PAM) that operates from 3700 to 4100 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 40 W with a gain of 32 dB and has a drain efficiency of up to 20%. This 2-stage PAM is based on GaN-on-SiC technology and is designed for applications in 5G massive MIMO systems, small cells and low-power remote radio heads. It requires a DC supply of 48 V and consumes 5.2 A of saturated drain current. The PAM is available in a ceramic surface-mount package that measures 8.0 x 14.0 x 2.6 mm and is suitable for use in 4G/5G systems and RRH drive amplifiers.
