The SKY65388-11 is a 695 to 866 MHz variable gain amplifier that is ideal for WCDMA base stations and femto cells. It has a high gain of over 25 dB, P1dB of 26 dBm and requires a single 5 V supply for operation. The SKY65388-11 includes an input amplifier driver, a variable voltage attenuator and an output power amplifier. It is available in a compact 12 pin 8.385 x 8.385 mm surface mount package.
