The SKY66319-11 from Skyworks Solutions is a Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 4400 to 5000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 3.5 W (~35.4 dBm) with a gain of 33 dB and a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 24%. This high-efficiency amplifier has a wide instantaneous signal bandwidth (wider than 5 x 20 MHz carrier) and provides a high gain and linearity. It has integrated active biasing circuitry to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation. This PA requires a single DC supply of 5 V and consumes 100 mA of current.
