The SKY67153-396LF is a 0.7 to 3.8 GHz low noise amplifier for wireless communication, L band, s band receivers, Cellular repeaters and high temperature applications. It has a noise figure less than 0.7 dB through the band with an IP3 greater than 34 dBm. The amplifier has a flexible bias voltage from 3 to 5 V and consumes between 30 and 100 ma of current. It is available in a compact 2 x 2 mm 8 pin dual flat no lead package.
