The SKY77651-11 from Skyworks is a multimode multiband (MMMB) power amplifier module that supports 3G/4G handsets and operates efficiently in CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE modes. The module has seven outputs and is fully programmable through a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). The MIPI programmable modes improves efficiency/linearity trade-off for 3G and 4G and minimizes DG09 for 3G. It is available in a small, 24-pad configuration, 4 x 2.8 x 0.75 mm low profile SMT package that allows for a highly manufacturable, low cost solution.
