The MODEL BHED 78232-200 from Stellant Systems is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 700 to 2300 MHz. The amplifier provides an output power of 250 Watts with a gain of 53 dB and 0.25 dB flatness. It has harmonics of less than 13 dB and spurious of less than 50 dB with multi-tone capabilities. This Class AB Linear Amplifier requires an AC power supply of 100-265V and has a Low Voltage Logic Level TTL Interface.
The amplifier can be controlled using a GUI via Ethernet and has a front panel digital display that shows Forward and Reverse Power levels.
