The TL0375J from Tagore Technology is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2 to 5 GHz. It delivers a gain of 17.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 19.5 dBm. This LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and draws less than 70 mA of input current. It is available in an 8-pin QFN surface mount package that measures 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm and is ideal for 4G/5G infrastructure radios, small cells and cellular repeaters, phased array radar, and SDARS applications.
