The TDLNA2050EP from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 5 GHz. It provides more than 13 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 12 dBm. This LNA is a high-frequency version of TDLNA0430SEP, which is a broadband, ultra-low noise amplifier. It has impedance-matched input and output ports and can be tuned to operate in different frequency bands, targeting LTE (small cells and infrastructure), radar, and other applications requiring low noise, high gain, and linearity. 

This RoHS-compliant amplifier requires a drain voltage of 5 V and consumes 60 mA of current. It is available in an 8-Pin QFN package that measures 2.00 x 2.00 x 0.75 mm and is ideal for avionics, communications, distributed antenna systems, GPS receivers, and military applications.
