The TDLNA2628SEP from Teledyne e2v Hirel is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 22 to 31.5 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of 1.6 dB and has a P1dB of 19 dBm. This LNA is fabricated on Teledyne’s 90 nm pHEMT process and has integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration. This amplifier is available in a plastic over-molded package that measures 4.00 x 4.00 x 0.85 mm and is ideal for satellite, military, or commercial radar applications. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
