The ACP20015 from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is a Thin-Film Amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 9 dB, has a noise figure of less than 6.5 dB, and a P1dB of up to 16 dBm. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and draws less than 100 mA of current.
