The BT02000-AlphaS-100ms from Tomco is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.1 to 30 MHz. It delivers an output power of 2 kW with a gain of more than 63 dB (20% duty cycle, 100 ms pulse width). This Class AB MOSFET amplifier has a pulse rise-time of 200 ns, pulse fall-time of 100 ns, and phase stability of better than 1°. It has spurious levels of less than -70 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The SSPA provides protection from load VSWR and over temperature and features a front panel for monitoring and control. It is available in an IP20 rated, 19” 5U rackmount enclosure that measures 19.0 x 22.2 x 8.7 inches with BNC (female) and N-type (female) connectors and is ideal for scientific and industrial applications. It requires an AC supply from 180 to 240 V and consumes 10 A (RMS, per phase, star topology) and 16 A (RMS, per phase, delta topology) of current.
