The LNA-Q-3742-A from TTI is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates in the Q-band from 37.5 to 42.5 GHz. It provides a gain of 40 dB with a noise figure of less than 2.5 dB and an output P1dB of more than 15 dBm. This LNA has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc. It requires a DC supply from 12 to 24 V and consumes 75 mA of current (at 12 V). This LNA is available in a module that measures 145 x 70 x 40 mm with WR-22 (UG-383/U) waveguide flanges and is ideal for satellite communication applications.
