The TTI-S-CLNA-0204-A from TTI is a Cryogenic Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 4.5 GHz. It provides a gain of over 28 dB with a noise temperature of less than 3 K (at 12 K). This LNA can withstand extremely low temperatures of 4 to 15 K and is developed with a combination of Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) technologies to deliver excellent noise temperature (NT). It requires DC supplies from -2 to +2 V (gate) and 0 to 1 V (drain) and consumes less than 10 mW of power. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 47.85 x 28.80 x 9.00 mm with SMA (male/female) connectors and is ideal for cryogenic applications.
