The CHA4262-QDG from United Monolithic Semiconductors is a 3-Stage GaAs  Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 17 to 22 GHz. It delivers an output power of up to 23 dBm with a small signal gain of 26 dB and a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 37%. This RoHS-compliant power amplifier is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is internally matched to 50 Ohms. It is dedicated to Space applications and well-suited for a wide range of Telecom applications.
