The UWB Series from Coilcraft are Mini Transformers that operate from 1 MHz to 8.5 GHz. They have an inductance of 3.6 or 7.5 μH and an impedance ratio of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:4. These AEC-Q200 qualified mini transformers have an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB and a maximum DCR of 71 mOhm. They can handle an RF input power of 1/4 W and have a maximum current rating of 250 mA. These ferrite core mini transformers are available in SMT packages that measure 4.060 x 3.175 x 3.175 mm and have an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
