MBAL-1440CH Image

The MBAL-1440CH from Marki Microwave is a GaAs passive MMIC isolation balun (Balanced to Unbalanced Transformer) that operates from 14 to 40 GHz. The balun has an insertion loss of under 4.5 dB and common-mode rejection of 35 dB. It has been tuned for an optimal amplitude balance of +/-0.2 dB and phase balance of 1.1 degrees. The balun is available as a wire bondable chip and is best suited for use in analog to digital converters, balanced amplifiers, baseband digital modulation, and signal integrity.
