The HFD10P-H1 from HXI is a Planar Detector that operates from 75 to 110 GHz. It uses zero biased beamlead Schottky-barrier diodes to achieve a full waveguide band operation with a sensitivity better than 550 mV/mW. This rugged detector is fixed-tuned and operates without bias, making it particularly convenient to use. It is available in a compact module with WR-10 waveguide and UG 387/U-M flange compatibility.
