The CMD324 from Qorvo is a 2-Bit GaAs MMIC Digital Attenuator that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It provides an attenuation range of 30 dB with 10 dB and 20 dB attenuator bit values. The attenuator has a P1dB of 24 dBm, an insertion loss of less than 4.8 dB and a switching speed of 28 ns. Each bit of the attenuator is controlled by a single voltage of either 0 or –5 V.
