The MAFL-011049 from MACOM is a horizontal plug-in diplexer with a low passband from 5 to 65 MHz and a high passband from 86 to 1218 MHz. It meets the latest filter split requirements of DOCSIS 3.1. The diplexer has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB, isolation of over 48 dB, and a return loss of over 22 dB.
Offered in both primary and mirrored outputs, the filters address the requirements of system and line extender CATV infrastructure requirements. It is available in a module that measures 31.x 27.8 mm and is suitable for CATV infrastructure spanning nodes, system amplifiers, line extenders, and drop amplifier applications.
