The MADL-011012 from MACOM is a Power Limiter that operates from 0.3 to 1 GHz. It can handle up to 55.6 dBm of input power (at 500 MHz) and has a flat leakage power of 20 dBm (at 500 MHz). The limiter has an insertion loss of less than 0.55 dB, return loss of under 25 dB, and a recovery time of 3 μs. It is available in a hermetically sealed surface-mount package that measures 10.1 x 6.2 x 3.2 mm and is suitable for high peak and CW power receiver-protector microwave circuit applications where high performance surface-mount limiter assemblies are required.
