The LIM-101 from Narda Microwave is a PIN diode based limiter that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It can handle up to 2 W CW power, has an insertion loss of 2.5 dB and a VSWR of 2.0:1. The limiter is designed to meet severe environmental conditions for airborne as well as for other applications. It has a recovery time of 200 nsec and operates under -55 to 95Degree C. It is available in drop-in package with SMA connectors.
