The QPP0100 from Qorvo is an X-Band VPIN Limiter that operates from 8.0 to 11.5 GHz. It can handle a peak input power of 100 W and has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB. The limiter has a flat leakage under 21 dBm, a spike leakage of less than 22 dBm, and has a recovery time of less than 200 ns. It is a passive device (no DC bias is required) and is internally matched to 50-ohms.
