The RFLM-501202MC-299 from RFuW Engineering is a Two Stage Passive Limiter module that operates from 250 MHz to 3.5 GHz. This module provides passive receiver protection (always on) against High Average Power up to 45 dBm, High Peak Power up to 54 dBm while maintaining a low flat leakage of less than 21 dBm, and reduces Spike Leakage to less than 0.3 ergs. It has excellent thermal characteristics and is available in a surface mount package that measures 8 x 5 x 2.5 mm package.
