The TDLM06100 from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is an RF Power Limiter that operates from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. The device has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB, a response time of 0.6 ns, and a recovery time of 1 ns.
The TDLM06100 is qualified for operating in harsh environments, including military, space, avionics, and medical applications. It is manufactured on a ruggedized process offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
