The ADH1015S from Analog Devices is a MMIC Triple Balanced Mixer with an RF frequency from 26 to 32 GHz and IF frequency from 16 to 22 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 13 dB and provides excellent LO to RF isolation of 30 dB and LO to IF isolation of 28 dB. The mixer is available as a die that measures 1.14 x 1.1 x 0.1 mm and is suitable for military, space, as well as commercial applications.
