The ADH141S from Analog Devices is a Passive Double-balanced Mixer MMIC with an RF Frequency from 6 to 18 GHz and IF Frequency from DC to 7 GHz. This passive diode/balun type mixer has LO drive levels up to 27 dBm and has less than 12.5 dB of conversion loss across the entire specified frequency band. It provides an LO to RF isolation of more than 23 dB, an LO to IF isolation of 20 dB, and an RF to IF isolation of 15 dB. The mixer is available as a die that measures 1.52 x 1.52 mm and is ideal for use in military & space, transceivers, radars, sensors as well as in test equipment applications.
