ADH554S Image

The ADH554S from Analog Devices is a passive double balanced mixer that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter with an RF frequency from 11 to 18 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 13 dB and provides excellent LO to RF isolation of 40 dB due to optimized balun structures. The miniature monolithic mixer is fabricated in a GaAs MESFET process, and requires no external components or matching circuitry. The ADH554S is available in an SMT package that measures 25 x 25 mm and is suitable for Microwave Radio, VSAT, Military & Space Communications, and Radar & EW applications.
