The ADRF6612 is a dual passive receive mixer with an integrated PLL and VCO. It has an RF frequency from 700 to 3000 MHz, LO Frequency from 200 to 2700 MHz and an IF frequency from 40 to 500 MHz. The mixer has a conversion gain of 9.2 dB and a SSB Noise Figure of 11.3 dB. The ADRF6612 is matched to 50 ohms at the RF port with a single ended or balanced LO port. It is available in a 7 x 7 mm, 38 lead LFCSP package.
