HMC220B Image

The HMC220B from Analog Devices is a double balanced GaAs MMIC mixer with an RF/LO Frequency from 5 to 12 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 4 GHz. It provides excellent LO to RF and LO to IF isolation due to an optimized balun structure and has an LO drive level as low as 7 dBm. This fundamental, MMIC mixer is constructed of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Schottky diodes and planar transformer baluns on a single chip. It can be used for both up-converting and down-converting applications. This mixer is ideal for use in VSAT Equipment, Microwave and Military radios, Wireless Backhaul equipment, Radars and EW systems. It is available in an 8-lead surface-mount package.
