The HMC260A from Analog Devices is a general-purpose, GaAs double balanced mixer MMIC that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter with an RF frequency of 10 GHz to 26 GHz. This mixer provides excellent LO to RF isolation of 40 dB and LO to IF isolation of 37 dB due to optimized balun structures. The mixer operates well with LO drive levels of 13 dBm and higher. It is available as a die that measures 0.94 x 0.59 x 0.102 mm and is ideal for point-to-point radios, military end use, test equipment and sensor applications.
