HMC329ALC3B Image

The HMC329ALC3B from Analog Devices is a general-purpose, GaAs double balanced mixer MMIC that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. It has an RF frequency of 24 to 32 GHz and has excellent LO to RF isolation of 36.5 dB and LO to intermediate frequency (IF) suppression due to its optimized balun preliminary structures. The mixer has an LO power above 9 dBm. It is available in a 12-terminal, 3 x 3 mm surface mount LCC package and is ideal for VSAT radios, military electronic warfare, test equipment and electronic countermeasure applications. The RoHS compliant HMC329ALC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing the use of surface-mount manufacturing techniques.
