The HMC412BMS8GE from Analog Devces is a passive double-balanced mixer that operates from 8 to 16 GHz. The mixer operates with LO drive levels between 9 to 15 dBm and provides less than 11 dB of conversion loss accross the entire specified frequency band. It has an LO to RF isolation of 44 dB, a noise figure of 8 dB and an input IP3 of 19 dBm. The mixer requires no external components or bias. It is available in a SMT Package and is ideal for VSAT, Microwave radio and Long Haul Radio platform applications.
