The HMC560ALM3 from Analog Devices is a general-purpose, GaAs double-balanced mixer MMIC that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. It has an RF frequency from 22 to 38 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 18 GHz. The mixer has excellent LO to RF isolation and LO to IF suppression due to its optimized balun preliminary structures. It has LO power above 9 dBm. The mixer is available as a die and is ideal for VSAT radios, military end-use, test equipment and point to point radio applications. This mixer requires no external components or matching circuitry.
