HMC787A Image

The HMC787A from Analog Devices is a GaAs double balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 3 GHz to 10 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 4 GHz. It provides excellent LO to RF and LO to IF isolation due to optimized balun structures. The mixer, which can be used as an upconverter or down-converter provides 9 dB of conversion loss from 3 GHz to 9 GHz and has a P1dB of 17 dBm. It is available in a 12-terminal, RoHS compliant, ceramic leadless chip carrier (LCC) package and is ideal for use in microwave radios, test equipment & sensors. The ceramic LCC package eliminates the need for wire bonding and is compatible with high volume, surface-mount manufacturing techniques.
