The LE-Ka1340309 from ReliaSat is a GaAs MMIC Sub-Harmonic Mixer with RF Frequencies from 22.5 to 25 GHz and LO frequencies from 10.8 GHz to 13.6 GHz. The LEKa1340309 MMIC incorporates an anti-parallel diode pair and is usable for LO drive levels of less than 10 dBm at the first sub-harmonic frequency, with conversion losses of less than 16dB with an LO power of 8 dBm. The MMIC is fully passivated for additional protection and has all bond pads and backside gold plated. This mixer is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
