The HM3001 from HASCO is a multi-octave Microwave Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 4 to 20 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 8.5 dB, and provides an LO to RF isolation of 30 dB and an LO to IF isolation of 25 dB. The mixer can handle an input power of up to 20 dBm and has an LO drive level from 7 to 12 dBm. It can be used as both an up and down converter. This mixer has an ultra-wideband matching structure with a quad matched monolithic Schottky barrier diode which results in a broadband mixer with low conversion loss and low spurious response. The planar construction allows optimum phase and amplitude matching and tracking over a wide frequency range. It is available in a module that measures 0.80 x 0.59 x 0.19 inches with SMA-female connectors.
