The HL9334 from Hyperlabs is a Harmonic Mixer with an RF frequency range from DC to 20 GHz, LO Frequency from 1 to 7 GHz and IF Frequency from DC to 1 GHz. It provides an LO-to-RF isolation of 70 dB, has an input noise floor of -130 dBm/Hz and a conversion loss of 20 dB. This harmonic mixer IC requires a DC supply of –5 V / +2.5 V / +6 V. It is available in a 28-lead QFN gel-pak package that measures 4.00 x 4.00 x 1.25 mm. This Mixer is ideal for use in harmonic down conversion, high-speed front-ends for A/D converters, network analyzers, TDRs, sampling oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
