The MIX2G14G5M3G from Lotus Communication Systems is an Active Microwave Frequency Mixer with an RF frequency from 2-14 GHz and IF frequency from 4.5 MHz-3 GHz. It has an IIP3 of 24.4 dBm at 5.8 GHz, an input P1dB of 15.2 dBm and a conversion loss of 7.1 dB. It has an integrated LO frequency doubler and an LO buffer. The mixer provides RO-LF isolation of 30 dB. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 120 mA of current.
The mixer can be used for both upconversion and downconversion processes and uses Minicircuits's TC1-1-13M+ Balun. It is ideal for microwave transceivers/point-to-point microwave, test instruments, satellite modems, C, X, and Ku band radars, phased-array antennas, and software-defined radio/ham radio applications.
