The MAMX-011022 from MACOM is a passive balanced mixer with an RF frequency from 5 GHz to 27 GHz and IF Frequency from DC to 5 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 12 dB, an image rejection of 18 dB and a P1dB of 15 dBm. The mixer is primarily used for downconversion but can be used for upconversion as well. It has an integrated 90 Degree balun which makes it an ultra wide band image reject mixer. It is available in 6-lead TDFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.2mm. The MAMX-011022 is ideal for medium data rate, long haul, low noise and wide IF systems, such as P2P products and instruments.
